This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through hermesmedia.ng, including the enquiry form on the contact page.
What we collect
When you send the form we receive your name, email address, company name and message. You may also send a telephone number, the service you are asking about, and a budget range.
A hidden field on the form is there to catch automated spam. If that field is filled, the note is discarded and is not treated as a real enquiry.
Our web host may also record the time of the request and the IP address used to send it, so we can limit abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
We use those details to understand the project you described and to reply. You asked us to respond, and that is why we hold the note.
Who sees it
The note is sent to hello@hermesmedia.ng through our mailbox on this domain. Our web host holds the website files and the mail service. We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are corresponding with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we must keep it to deal with a dispute or a legal duty.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set an analytics cookie or an advertising pixel. The form uses a session on your device only while you fill it in.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to our using it. Write to hello@hermesmedia.ng or call +234 708 932 5109 and say what you want us to do. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
